Ronnie completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Lloyd Law College and obtained his LL.M in Banking, Finance, and Intellectual Property Laws from Amity University, Haryana. He has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2017 and has 8 years of extensive legal experience.

○ Experience: He specializes in Debt Recovery and Security Interest Enforcement matters under the SARFAESI Act, 2002, and the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDBA). Ronnie has represented various public and private sector banks and financial institutions.

○ Court Appearances: Ronnie regularly appears before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Appellate Tribunal, and other courts across Delhi/NCR. His representation extends across all district courts, tribunals, and commissions.

○ Intellectual Property Expertise: Ronnie also has a strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). He regularly represents clients before The Trademark Registry, The Copyright Office, and the Intellectual Property Division of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court for IP Portfolio Management and Prosecution.
